クラススケジュール改定

当道場では、2025年4月1日より、初心者から上級者まで、これまで以上に包括的なサポートを提供し、道場全体のスキルレベルの向上を目指してクラススケジュールの一部を変更いたします。

主な変更点は以下の通りです：

⬛︎日曜日のスケジュール変更

• 午前10時：白帯限定の初心者クラスを実施

• 正午12時：全レベル対象のQ&Aクラスを実施、その後フロースパーリングを行います

⬛︎木曜日のスケジュール変更

• 午後5時の「ノーギ初心者」クラスを廃止します

• 午後6時から新たに「ノーギ入門（スパーリングなし）」クラスを開始します

• スパーリングをご希望の方は、午後7時30分からの「ノーギ基礎」クラスにぜひご参加ください

⬛︎初心者クラスについて

（白帯）と記載のあるクラスは、白帯の方のみを対象としたクラスです。色帯の方はこれらのクラスにはご参加いただけませんのでご注意ください。

以上が主な変更点となります。皆様のご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

We are making changes to part of our class schedule starting April 1, 2025, aiming to provide more comprehensive support for both beginners and advanced practitioners and to improve the overall skill level of the dojo.

The major changes are as follows:

⬛︎Sunday Schedule Changes

• 10:00 AM: Beginner class limited to white belts

• 12:00 PM: Q&A class for all levels, followed by flow sparring

⬛︎Thursday Schedule Changes

• The 5:00 PM “No-Gi Beginners” class will be discontinued

• A new “No-Gi Introduction (No Sparring)” class will be added at 6:00 PM

• For those who wish to spar, please join the “No-Gi Fundamentals” class at 7:30 PM

⬛︎Regarding Beginner Classes

Classes marked with (White Belt) are exclusively for white belt practitioners. Please note that colored belts are not allowed to participate in these classes.
